Your NJSBDC at The College of New Jersey is developing several CEO Strategy Groups to help established companies needing ongoing strategic advice and feedback.

The best of those models include skilled management coaching with group and individual training. Top successful entrepreneurs participate successfully in these types of programs and invest extraordinary amounts to have the opportunity to strategize, receive analysis and engage in one-to-one coaching.

In partnership with Pioneer Business Ventures, The Ondik Group and Mercer County Office of Economic Opportunity and Sustanability, we have developed a CEO Strategy Group Program to begin in 2012, developing small working groups of 10-15 business CEOs generating a minimum of $1 Million in Revenue, employing at least 10 employees, or receiving venture funding to

• meet collectively as a group every other month (6 sessions per year)
• and meet with the Advisor/Instructor for face-to-face coaching and follow-up in between sessions and virtually as arranged between CEO and Advisor. (Approximately 6 hours including in person and virtual meetings)

Group Sessions will include approximately 50% learning time & 50% CEO sharing time, techniques to use as tactical guides and examples, interactive experienced based examples for tools and techniques, measurement / metrics, strategic planning assignment to work on between sessions and current topics from Members.
