Two Biology Alumni Complete M.D. Degree and Inducted into Medical Honor Society
Jeffrey Gander, B.S. from TCNJ 2000, and Pawel Ochalski, B.S. from
TCNJ 1998, earned their M.D. degrees from Robert Wood Johnson Medical
School this year and did so with distinction.
Both alumni were inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha
National Medical Honor Society, which indicates that they graduated
in the top 10% of their class. Both have obtained impressive residencies.
Jeffrey Gander will be a resident in General Surgery at Columbia
Presbyterian in New York, and Pawel Ochalski will be a resident
in Neurosurgery at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition,
both alumni have been inducted into the AOA National Medical Honor
Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
