Biology Honor Society Chapter Recognized as Outstanding

The Beta Beta Beta National Biology Honor Society has awarded Outstanding Chaptor recognition to the TCNJ Chi Upsilon Chapter . It is also noted that Chi Upsilon was runner-up for best chapter in the nation. The chapter was recognized for its outstanding programming for students, its service to the campus and the greater community (particularly through its Science Outreach program to local elementary schools), its dedication to promoting scientific understanding for students and the general public, and the extensive participation of its members in independent research.   Beta Beta Beta is an honor society founded for students, particularly undergraduates, dedicated to improving the understanding and appreciation of biological study and extending the boundaries of human knowledge through scientific research. It was founded in 1922, and currently has almost 400 chapters throughout the United States and
