Physics Department Graduates Paul McCracken and David Pustai Earn Doctorates

Paul McCracken, graduate of the Physics department in 1996, earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from May Graduate School of Medicine and is now a Senior Researcher with Merck Research Labs in West Point , PA.   He is using MRI to study the pre-clinical efficacy of pharmaceuticals in animal models of disease as part of a new Imaging group at Merck.

David Pustai, graduate of the Physics department in 1999, has earned a Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering from the University of Delaware .   He has accepted a position as a Senior Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin Corp. in King of Prussia , PA.
