Getting Into Matlab

ON MAC Computers

Find MATLAB in the dock or in the Application folder.

Click on it. It will take awhile to load.

X11 will open and appear in the dock. Ignore this. It is necessary but you do not have to do anything with it. Be very careful that you do not ever close X11 because it will close out MATLAB.

After X11 opens, MATLAB should open.

There are excellent tutorials available as soon as Matlab is loaded. You can watch the tutorials from there or from this link

ON PC Computers

Go to My Computer.

Scroll to Other at the bottom .

Click on ZENworks Adaptive Agent. You may find a shortcut to this on the Desktop.

Click on Math and Statistics.

Click on MATLAB. It will take awhile to load.

IN LINUX

Go to the Red Hat and then to TCNJ.

Select Matlab.

After this Matlab should be in Most Used Applications at the top of the Red Hat menu.
