Student Accounts

The Office of Student Accounts serves students, faculty and staff of The College of New Jersey community by billing student tuition, fees, room and board, processing refunds, issuing the College ID card, establishing TCNJ GetIt Card accounts, providing parking services through the sale or issuance of parking permits.

Attendance Confirmation

TCNJ requires all students to confirm their attendance each semester prior to the first day of classes. To confirm your attendance for the Fall 2009 semester, follow the directions below.

To confirm your attendance or non-attendance

Click on PAWS
In Self Service, click on Student Center, then click on the Attendance Confirmation link located in the Finance section and follow the instructions.

If you are NOT attending for the Fall 2009 semester:

Completing the attendance confirmation.
Contact the Office of Records and Registration at recreg@tcnj.edu or 609-771-2141 to complete the withdraw process. If this process is not completed for an official withdrawal or leave of absence, you will be responsible for payment of all charges.

Auxiliary Access User (Alternate Bill Payer Access /Billing E-Mail Notification)

Students have the ability to sign up to three Auxiliary Access Users to have access to their student account and receive e-billing notifications. To sign-up an Auxiliary Access User, please visit: http://www.tcnj.edu/~sfs/account/billpayeremail.html

It is the responsibility of all students to check/maintain their TCNJ e-mail for their bill notification each month. To ensure compliance with FERPA regulations, bill notifications will only be sent to the TCNJ e-mail account of the student responsible for the account. E-mail Policy
