Auxiliary Access User Sign-Up Instructions and Login Instructions

Students can sign up to three Auxiliary Access Users to receive e-billing notifications, Financial Aid "To-Do" list and view/pay the semester bill.

To Sign-Up Auxiliary Access Users

- Log into MyTCNJ at: myTCNJ Sign In

- Click on PAWS followed by Self Service

- Click on Student Center

- Click into Auxiliary Access link located under the Personal Information section

a. Click the Add button which will trigger the system to create the Auxiliary User ID.

 

b. Enter Auxiliary User's first and last name, create a password of at least 6 digits/characters and a PIN of at least 5 digits/characters.

 

c. Select from the list of options the access you wish to grant to the user.

 

d. Enter the Auxiliary User's e-mail triggering a welcoming e-mail to be sent to the user.

The student must complete this process and provide the Auxiliary Access User with their User ID, password, and PIN. The Auxiliary Access user name and password will be used to log into the Auxiliary Access User website. The PIN will be requested by TCNJ staff for telephone or in-person authentication of the Auxiliary User.

Auxiliary Access User Login Instructions

1. Log into: https://auxpawsp.tcnj.edu/paws/signon.html

2. Enter your Auxiliary Access User ID

3. Enter your password (This was created by the student)

4. In PAWS, click on Self Service

5. To make a payment, click on Account Inquiry under Campus Finances and the Make A Payment button

6. To view the bill, click on View Bill under Campus Finances

7. To view Financial Aid awards, click on View Financial Aid under Campus Finances

8. To view the TO DO List, click on the TO DO List under the Campus Personal Information
