Exit Loan Counseling

As a recipient of federal student loans, you are required by the United States Department of Education to complete Exit Loan Counseling. You must complete this process via the Internet at http://www.mapping-your-future.org.

Upon completion of the counseling, the Office of Student Financial Assistance will be electronically notified. Failure to complete this requirement will result in the placement of a "hold" on your student records.

Federal Nursing Loans

If you are a recipient of a Federal Nursing Loan, additional exit loan documents will be mailed to you within two weeks of your withdrawal date from The College. The process for the Nursing Exit Counseling cannot be completed on-line. The package will be mailed to your permanent home address as it appears on T.E.S.S.. These forms must be completed, signed and returned to the Office of Student Financial Assistance prior to your hold being removed from your account.
