Contingent Workers

TCNJ has a need to have individuals work, volunteer, and provide services and guidance to the campus community. These individuals are not considered employees and fall into a class identified as “Contingent Workers”.

Contingent Workers who need access to various services that the College provides to employees such as parking, ID badges, computer and building access. In order to account for, track, grant access, and end assignments, TCNJ requires that all non-employee workers on campus complete the Notification of Contingent Worker form located on the Human Resources Website.

Human Resources manages the process for Contingent Workers. The online “TCNJ Affiliate ID Request” form used is no longer activated. This form has been replaced by the “Notification of Contingent Worker” form located on the Human Resources Website.
