Graduate Commuter Parking (GC Decals)

Lots 4, 5, and the Lot 6 parking garage (At all times with a valid permit, except as described under Snow Emergency Lots).

Graduate students may access any Faculty/Staff lot with a valid/current parking permit and TCNJ ID card Monday through Friday (no weekends) after 4:00pm, during the regular academic year only (Fall and Spring Semesters). If the Faculty/Staff lots are full or inaccessible, graduate students should park in the commuter lots 4, 5, and 6.  Access to Faculty/Staff lots is provided for convenience purposes only. 

Summer Session Parking

Lots 4, 5, and the Lot 6 parking garage.  The upper level of the Lot 12 parking garage will also be open to accommodate Graduate Commuters.  Parking permits are not required.  Parking in any other Faculty/Staff lot is not permitted during the summer at any time.

Snow Emergency Lots

There is no overnight parking (midnight to 6am) in Lots 4, 5, or the top level of the Lot 6 parking garage from November 30 – March 31 of each year.

Graduate Assistants

These individuals under contract with the College as graduate assistants may register one vehicle on a faculty/staff basis.  They do not need to pay the fee and are permitted to park in faculty/staff lots at all times.
