Inclement Weather

During Inclement weather, especially after heavy snowfall, parking conditions become hazardous and snow banks often reduce parking space. When these conditions exist, motorists are advised not to park in a manner that will impede traffic flow and increase accident hazards. For more information please read the TCNJ Snow Emergency Plan.

The snow emergency parking policy goes into effect from November 30th through March 31st of every year. This policy prohibits overnight parking (midnight to 6am) in lots 3-5 and the top level of parking decks, regardless of the weather conditions at the time.
