Teva Pharmaceuticals is the world’s largest maker of generic drugs.  They have over 400 generic drugs in the United States, and many more world wide.  They filled nearly 600 million prescriptions in 2009, and are looking to expand their business even further.  They were founded in 1901 and are headquartered in Israel.
