• Took over full responsibility for instruction of five classes of World History (7th Grade) including lesson planning.

• Designed a unit for a variety of learning styles that investigated Medieval Asia including China, Japan, and India

Junior Professional Experience, West Windsor Plainsboro High School South, West Windsor , N.J. Fall 2007

• Instructed a World History class
• Designed a unit for a variety of learning styles that discussed the role religion plays in world history. This theme based unit covered topics including, The Reformation, The English Reformation, Religion in the United States Colonial Period, and religious protections guaranteed by the United States Constitution.
• Assisted cooperating teacher with additional class, mainly a freshmen level ESL World History class.

 Sophomore Professional Experience, Lawrence High School, Lawrenceville, N.J. Fall 2005

• Participated in six visits to Lawrence High School
• Observed freshman history classes, and senior advanced placement American History class.

Peer Tutor, Mercer County Community College: West Windsor N.J. (Spring 2002- Spring 2005)

• Tutored Psychology 101 and Developmental Psychology.
• Responsibilities included review and discussion of learning objectives provided by professors.
• Class sizes ranged between 10-50 college students meeting two hours a week for 13 weeks.

Head Custodian, Timberlane Middle School, Hopewell Valley, N.J. 1985-1988

• Received Black Seal Boiler License 1985
• Supervised crew of 3 custodians
• Responsible for overall safety and cleanliness of building

United States Navy, 1982-1984

• Trained as an Advanced Electronics Technician
• Served on board USS Saratoga (CV-60) Squadron VS-30 Air Anti Submarine Warfare
• Responsibilities included maintenance and repair of electronic devises on S3A Air Anti Submarine Warfare Aircraft
