Sprint
-300 meter 'drag race' event where teams are limited to power from
45.5 kg (100 lb) of lead acid batteries.
Endurance
-'Electric Event' where boat is powered by a maximum combination of 31
kg (68.2 lb) of batteries and 480 W of solar panels. The goal is to
traverse as much distance on the course as possible in two hours.
Slalom
-This event tests the craft's maneuverability over a short course
with buoys. The battery capacity is the same as it is in the Sprint
configuration.
