Enrollment Support Services Guiding Principles
The Division of Enrollment Support Services contributes to students’ success and personal development by providing information, services and processes which support The College of New Jersey’s core values. In our daily interactions we embrace diversity and encourage a global outlook by approaching stakeholders in a responsive and seamless manner. We accomplish this by:
- Providing a welcoming atmosphere where programs and services are delivered in a proactive, effective and efficient manner. We seek to do this by establishing credibility, customer satisfaction and timely quality service to all constituents.
- Assisting students in understanding and exercising their rights and responsibilities focusing on academic, financial, and career development.
- Supporting faculty in their role as teachers, advisors and mentors of students by providing responsive central resources.
- Committing to a cycle of continuous assessment and improvement of the services we provide and the manner in which they are provided.
- Leveraging technology to its best advantage in the delivery of our services.
The Division of Enrollment Support Services includes Records and Registration and Student Financial Services. While we strive to provide quality service to faculty, staff and alumni, we recognize that students are our primary constituency. We therefore hold students’ success as our fundamental motivation in both our daily interactions and long term strategic planning.
