Registering On-Line:

Follow the Steps Below in order to register for your summer course:

1. Step 1: Find your Summer Course(s)
2. Step 2: Fill out the Registration Request Form for Visiting Students. Please keep in mind that this is a formal request and does not guarantee admittance into the course:

“Maymester” Course Request Form (also use this form for Session “S” requests)
Session “A” Course Request Form
Session “B” Course Request Form


  • Any registration request submitted on Saturday or Sunday cannot be processed until Monday morning.

  • An E-mail Confirmation of your Registration will be sent within 48 hours of your initial Registration Request Form submission. For weekend submissions, this 48 hours begins on Monday morning.


3. Step 3: Once you have completed the Registration Request Form, your request will be processed by the Office of Records and Registration and you will be admitted into the course
4. Step 4: You will receive an E-Mail Confirmation Letter for your registration request. This certifies your registration into the course. This e-mail will include payment instructions, as well as the link for the orientation packet.
5. Step 5: Pay your bill by the deadline date indicated in your Confirmation Letter to avoid late charges. See the Visiting Student Payment & Billing page for directions on how to pay your bills.

 

Registering by Mail:

Follow the Steps Below in order to register for your summer course:

2. Step 2: Fill out the Mail-In Registration Request Form for Visiting Students. Please keep in mind that this is a formal request and does not guarantee admittance into the course. If you are not registered for the course, your payment WILL be refunded.
3. Step 3: Mail completed form and payment to:

4. Step 4: You will receive an E-Mail Confirmation Letter for your registration request. This certifies your registration into the course. This e-mail will include payment instructions, as well as the link for the orientation packet.


Registering In-Person:

To register in person, please visit the Office of Records and Registration, in Green Hall 112. Office hours are 8:30-4:30PM, Monday through Friday.


This method of registration must be accompanied with payment by check or money order. This method will guarantee registration only if the course is open at the time of submitting registration.
