Summer Faculty-Led Travel Programs

Taught by TCNJ Faculty, these programs provide a rewarding academic and cultural experience for students who are seeking a rewarding 3-week to 1-month study abroad experience.

Summer Grades & Transcripts

Viewing Grades On-Line:

Once you have completed a summer course at TCNJ, you may view your grades via PAWS. Please allow at least 1 week after your class has finished for your grades to be posted. Approximate grade posting dates are listed below.

1) To see your Grades, you must log into PAWS and access the Student Center.

2) Under the “Academics” heading there should be a drop down menu that reads "other academic...". Click on the drop down menu, select Grades, and click the arrow button beside the menu. This should give you a list of your grades you received for your summer course(s).

Requesting a Transcript:

Academic transcripts are NOT automatically sent at the end of summer. If you would like an official academic transcript, you must request one be sent through PAWS:

1) To request a Transcript, you must log into PAWS and access the Student Center.

2) Under the “Academics” heading there should be a drop down menu that reads "other academic...". Click on the drop down menu, select Request Official Transcript, and click the arrow button beside the menu. This should give you directions on how to have your transcript sent to your school.

3) An Official Transcript will ONLY be sent to your school provided you give the school/university’s address. DO NOT request the transcript be sent to yourself. If the transcript is sent to you, it will appear as “Issued to Student” and will not be accepted by your school/university.

If this function does NOT appear, you will need to contact our Records & Registration department: (609)771-2141 to discuss alternative options of requesting your transcript
