Welcome to the Office Of Campus Police  Services

The College of New Jersey maintains its own police department, providing law enforcement and security services 24 hours, seven days a week. Our Police Department currently employs twenty-four men and women to provide for the College community safety as well as the security of all property on campus. We are located in the Administration Services Building. Please consult our organization chart for a complete personnel listing and our campus map for our location. Our Administrative office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need assistance outside our office hours, please call our dispatcher at (609)771-2345.

Please note that dialing 911 from a cellular phone will connect you to New Jersey State Police Headquarters. While you will ultimately be put in contact with the police department within whose jurisdiction you are located, precious time can be lost during this process. If the only phone available to you is a cell phone, we encourage you to dial (609) 771-2345 to be put into contact with Campus Police. You may find it helpful to program this phone number into the phone book in your cell phone, so that it is easily dialed. Of course, if your only option is to dial 911 from your cell phone, please do not hesitate to do so.

Emergency services may also be obtained by using any one of the emergency phones on campus. These can be easily recognized by the blue light on top of the phone station.
