Dear Reader:
Welcome to the Fall 2006 online issue of The Siren Literary Magazine! With this being our first issue as the Siren’s editors, we did our best to live up to the standards of the editors of prior years. One thing we really wanted was color – and lots of it. It’s something an online issue is perfect for.
We’ve had a crazy semester preparing this fall issue. With lots of help, particularly from our art director dealt, who with our arbitrary deadlines and did an amazing job on top of it, we managed to get the issue done (though late).
We hope you’ll enjoy the art and writing in this issue as much as we enjoyed (most of the time) putting it all together.
