The Trenton State College Corporation (TSCC) offers rental housing to eligible full-time faculty and staff members of The College of New Jersey. Both single-family homes and apartments are available within the housing program.

Off Campus Student Housing is also available through the Office of Residential and Community Development.  This program consists of twelve single family homes. The TSCC provides property management services to these properties.
