MINUTES -- April 4th, 1998

- Induction Ceremony

We plan on most likely having the Induction Ceremony on April 29th around
7:00PM.  This isn't finalized so anyone who can't make this time please
contact Dave Watkins ASAP.  It will be held at Dr. Wolz's house like last
year.  We will be sending out directions soon.  Please try to come early
either to set up or stay a little later to help clean up.  The more
volunteers, the faster we get it done.  

- T-Shirts

We are close to possibly having CS t-shirts with caricatures of the CS
staff on them..  Hopefully more news soon.

We will be sending shortly thank you letters to people who pledged money
for the phone-a-thon, Dr. Bentley, and Alumni Affairs for their support in
organizing the alumni event. 

- Treasury Report

Treasurer Jim told us that he went to the appeal and we were able to get
the $200 for speakers back that we received last year, but they rejected
our requests for money for awards.  We still will be funded with the money
for office supplies and advertising.

- Announcements

The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 28th, at 8:00PM in room
HH253 unless otherwise notified by e-mail.
