Minutes - September 17, 2001

- We are still looking for someone to help with updating and
maintaining the Cub Scout web page.  The work can be shared 
between multiple people if need be.  Get in touch with the club
if you are interested.

- We are planning on having possibly 3 speakers come to the
college this fall for lectures on Computer Science topics.  If 
anyone knows a possible speaker that would be willing to come 
here please let us know as soon as possible.  We're also going 
to try to push the lectures harder, possibly with advertisements 
in The Signal so that we get better attendance than previous 
years.

- Our first "event" this year will most likely be a trip to the 
SIGGRAPH show held by the ACM/IEEE Princeton chapter.  They show 
various computer animations on a big screen projection screen. 
Christina has gone previously and recommended it.  We are also 
going to try to push it with fliers posted around the campus so 
that we can get a large group going.  The show is currently 
scheduled for October 18th sometime at night.  We'll post more 
details at a later date.

- The CS Picnic is going to definately be held in the Spring of 2002.
We're going to cosponsor it with the CS Club in order to get the cost 
spread out a bit.
