Update: This cleanup has been cancelled.

That canal just keeps on cropping up, doesn't it?

Cleanup at the D&R Canal II

2008/03/02 - 12:00pm
2008/03/02 - 2:00pm

This Sunday (March 2nd), Water Watch will be traveling once again to the scenic D&R canal for another cleanup!

If you're interested in attending, come to the ATMs in the Student Center at noon. We'll be waiting.

Minutes from 2/26

1. Colleen, our Education Coordinator, is planning on visiting schools in
April. If you're interested in helping out (this should be of particular
interest to education majors!), please let us know!

2. Power Shift is back. This time, it will be held in the great city of
Boston, Massachusetts, from April 11-14th.

3. We're celebrating World Water Day (3/22) the week after we return from Spring Break. Plans include screening a film pertaining to future water
crises.

4. Andrew will be representing the PCCC during Accepted Students Day (3/30), discussing TCNJ's pursuit of climate neutrality. Tell your little
siblings or high school friends to check it out!

5. Once again, Dr. Ball is hosting a "Forum on Climate Change" later in the month of April. Most things appear to be tentative, so the organizers
are open to suggestions.

6. Honey Brook Organic Farm will be visiting us soon, in order to discuss the possibility of joining forces for a more sustainable (and tasteful!)
dining program.

7. Finally, we're thinking about purchasing a banner for display in the Student Center. All artistically-inclined persons are welcome to submit designs for this. Tell your friends! Perhaps we can work out a deal...
