Blocks on Borrowing Privileges
Borrowing privileges must be exercised in person and are not transferable without explicit authorization by the Access services staff. Library users are responsible for all materials checked out in their name until the materials are returned to the Library and checked in. Failure to respond to overdue notices or a request to return materials for use by another person, or to resolve charges for overdue or lost materials, may result in a loss of borrowing privileges.
