Tom Isaac

An assistant coach for the past 18 years at The College of New Jersey, Tom Isaac has been associated with all five Lion national championships teams. During the 1978-79 season he was the team manager during the Lions' drive to its first NCAA title in any sport.

In addition to his administrative duties as The College's equipment manager, Isaac supervises the weight training schedule of each wrestler and monitors the overall conditioning program for the team during the season.

A native of Drexel Hill, PA, Isaac holds a bachelor of arts degree in urban recreation and administration from Trenton State College.

Returning for his sixth season as an assistant coach for TCNJ is Joe Hadge, an All-American wrestler at Penn State University. Hadge, who was a two-time state freestyle champion at Toms River East High School, earned All-America honors as a senior at Penn State at 142 pounds after finishing sixth in Division I at the 1987 tournament, where Penn State finished third nationally.

A former graduate assistant coach at Springfield College, Hadge works on campus as a counselor in the Alcohol and Drug Education Program.



ANDY LAUSIER

A graduate of Lycoming College and a three-time NCAA qualifier and Middle Atlantic Conference Champion, Andy Lausier comes to TCNJ after a distinguished collegiate career. He compiled an impressive 121-29 record for the Warriors and earned All-America status as a junior at the 2000 NCAA's after taking eighth place at 197 pounds. His 2001 NCAA tournament run was short lived after he broke his hand in his first match. He will be working on his master's degree in athletic administration.
