TECH-NJ, written by students and faculty of TCNJ, is designed to support professionals, parents, and computer-users in their efforts to use technology to improve our schools and to enhance the lives of people with disabilities.
In order to facilitate local networking, emphasis is placed on resources and innovative practices in and around the New Jersey region.
This site was created by the Computer Science Department of The College of New Jersey as a way of providing a service to the institution. Under the supervision of Dr. Deborah Knox, two students began work on this site in the spring of 1997 as part of an applied research course where students could get hands-on experience in areas of particular interest. The site is currently being maintained by Christina Schindler.
