Meet the Staff
Curt Heuring, President
As the chief executive officer of the corporation, Curt oversees the corporation's finances and programs. He provides direction and management of current and future initiatives. He serves on the corporation's Board of Directors and its Executive Committee. Curt also serves as the Vice President for Facilities Management, Construction, and Campus Safety at The College of New Jersey.
Scott Allen is our Coordinator of Corporation Facilities. Scott is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of all Corporation homes and properties. Scott is also responsible for submitting budget requests for repairs, replacements and improvements to all properties. He coordinates all construction projects and arranges all services with outside contractors, such as lawn care providers, electricians, and plumbers for larger jobs. Additionally, Scott coordinates the snow removal process for all Corporation facilities.
Shawn Kochis is our Senior Repairman responsible for many of the repairs and general maintenance items for Corporation properties. Working closely with Scott Allen, Shawn will handle some of the day-to-day problems that occur more frequently in Corporation homes. Shawn will also be involved with the snow removal process and lawn care.
Sandra Novak is our Office Manager responsible for collecting rents, taking maintenance requests, general office administration, and coordinating payroll deduction of rents. She also acts as the main point of contact for tenants to coordinate maintenance, repair, and contractor appointments. Her responsibilities also include preparing correspondence, leases, and other communication to tenants and vendors.
